Ollie Jean Willams was born August 29,1947 to the late Mary Marlene Dodd and Alvin Ealy in Kosciusko, Mississippi.
Ollie attended Milwaukee Wisconsin school system and graduated with a high school diploma.
Ollie relocated to Detroit, Michigan where she worked in several hospital system as housekeeper for several years. While in Michigan, Ollie gave birth to her first and only biological child Maria Jordan
Ollie later met Promise Williams while in Detroit and they were united in marriage. With this unity, Ollie gained four more daughters: Charlotte, Michele, Linda and Carla.
Some of Ollie’s pass time favorites was playing cards bid whiz and spades. Ollie loved baking, anytime you visited her there always going to be some dessert you would enjoy. She passed on her great cooking skill to her great grandson Braelyn. Her green thumb always had her plant looking beautiful. She also enjoyed sewing.
Ollie loved family, whether she was talking on the phone with her sibling, too showing up to every function given by her Florida family. Spending time with Maria, Peter, Briana and her three boys; Braelyn, Braxton and Blaise were always highlight of her day.
Ollie leaves to cherish her memories; husband, Promise Williams, son in law Peter Jordan; daughters, Charlotte Williams, Michele Litman (Victor) , Linda Ford, and Carla Tatum; sisters, Georgia Winters(James) Beatrice Woods(Carl) Lillie Wright(Lenon) and Marcia Nash; brothers, Joe Lewis Zollicoffer Sr., Sherman Zollicoffer, Jimmy Nash ; Fifteen grandchildren, Twenty-six great grandchildren; Host of nieces, nephews and friends.
