I would like to thank Ryan and everyone at Swann’s They took care of my husbands cremation. Ryan went above and beyond. I was in the ER and he needed paperwork that I had to sign. He came to the hospital to get the papers.

I greatly appreciate their help during these trying times.

On March 10th at 5:45 AM I got a call from the dialysis center saying that my brother never showed up for his treatment. I went to go check on him. It was one of the worst days of my life to find my brother home alone and deceased. But Swann’s mortuary came through. on behalf of the Gilbert‘s family I would like to express our. Profound gratitude thank you for being more than Just a family business., Thank you for your professionalism your care and unconditional love and kindness and support mentally and emotionally. I made my request known and Monique came through like the queen that she is. Thank you for making our memories precious and reminding us not to allow the issues of this world to stop us from doing the will of God, for he does know everything about us. And he will provide all of our needs accordingly . I can honestly say that the staff of Swann’s Mortuary is fully equipped with the right staff that exhibits an excellent service , as my brother would have said “ just wanted to say a lil bit” . I would definitely recommend Swann's Mortuary. Ryan and the staff were simply amazing. From the moment we walked into the funeral home up until the of the service that was provided. They showed so much compassion with the loss of my son. Ryan had my son looking so handsome - like himself I say thank you for that.. Swann’s Mortuary is definitely the best hands down.

Prior to my cousin’s untimely death, I never had an opportunity to experience the work and professionalism of Swann’s Mortuary. There was not one day I couldn’t call to get my questions answered, or my requests met. I am truly grateful for the patience and care shown from the beginning of our time together until the end. While I don’t want to need their services anytime soon; at least I have a comfort in knowing where I can go if that day should come.

I give SWANN’S MORTUARY, 5 STARS for the outstanding work their staff performs. My most recent encounter was my sister’s funeral who I had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan, who was phenomenal. Ryan was very attentive, with a gentle Soul, always calm, patient and slow to speak with open Ears. He took time listening to our details making sure we were satisfied and happy with the end result. My sister looked amazing from her hair, her makeup, to her dress, oh she would be dancing as a matter of fact I’m sure she was or would if possible. To mention the Obituary it was outstanding, I’m still getting calls asking about who did it & how beautiful they were. Again, there is so much good I can same about this company as you can tell, I do want to thank the owner Ryan’s mother for making Vanessa service a beautiful Homegoing Celebration!
